Carlos begins his day on the farm promptly at 5:30 AM, fueled by the aroma of freshly brewed coffee. As the morning light spreads across the fields, Carlos assumes his pivotal role as foreman, meticulously assigning duties to each worker and ensuring they’re equipped with the necessary gear and tools. Thanks to Carlos’s unwavering commitment and hands-on approach, Finca La Cimarrona thrives, executing its fieldwork and operations with efficiency and precision.
