El Cabezón underwent a total renewal in September 2022, introducing the new Anacafé 14 variety utilizing a total of 12 acres or 4.9 hectares. We eagerly anticipate sharing this newly planted coffee after the harvest of 2025-2026.

Finca La Cimarrona extends up the mountain from the operations at the bottom to the different altitudes where different varieties of the coffee are produced.
